• Deliver the high-impact 'otobosoq' programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business value.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the 'futuris' common platform across the organization, driving standardization and efficiency.
• Ensure the finance function consistently meets or exceeds agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), optimizing operational performance.
• Architect robust enterprise solutions that support the evolving needs of the global finance function.
• Drive significant change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across diverse teams and regions.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and securing buy-in for strategic finance technology initiatives.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a CIO or similar, with a strong focus on finance functions at a group level.
• Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Architecture, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable financial systems.
• Exceptional Change Management capabilities, skilled in leading large-scale organizational and technological transformations.
• Superior Stakeholder Influence and communication skills, adept at navigating complex organizational landscapes and building consensus.

• Successful delivery and adoption of the 'otobosoq' programme within defined timelines and budget.
• Achieving and maintaining high performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the finance function.
• Successful development, implementation, and widespread adoption of the 'futuris' common platform.
• Demonstrable improvement in efficiency and standardization of global finance processes.
• Positive stakeholder feedback regarding strategic technology leadership and collaboration.
