Barback - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

Are you ready to elevate the everyday? We are looking for a Barback to join our close-knit team of four in Al Khobar starting mid-October 2026. This role is about more than just stocking ice; it's about being the backbone of a high-quality guest experience, ensuring our bartenders can focus on their craft while you maintain the perfect operational flow.

• Support the Bartender in maintaining a perfectly stocked and organized bar for seamless service.
• Manage bar products, equipment, and setup with meticulous care before and during shifts.
• Ensure the bar remains compliant, presentable, and organized, reflecting our high standards of excellence.
• Maintain a fast operational pace from opening to closing without losing focus or quality.
• Collaborate across departments and support the wider team whenever the business requires it.
• Uphold the 'Less is More' philosophy through clean, simple, and effective operational support.

• Proficiency in the English language.
• High level of energy and unwavering reliability.
• A genuine interest in the bar environment and hospitality craft.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time communication environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to a sync-heavy team dynamic.

• Prior experience in a bar or high-end hospitality setting.
• Fluency in French.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
