- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless, luxury service flow for all guests.
- Manage guest relationships effectively to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Proven experience in luxury Food & Beverage (F&B) service environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability in guest relationship management and personalized service.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, luxury beach club or resort setting.
- Knowledge of international cuisine and beverage pairings.
- Consistently high guest satisfaction scores and positive feedback.
- Adherence to Jumeirah luxury service standards.
