Junior Real Estate Advisor | High-Performance Residency

About the Role

This is a high-stakes entry point into the Dubai luxury real estate market for those who prioritize performance over seniority. We provide the weapons—AI-powered tech, a sports management network, and elite mentorship—while you provide the hunger and discipline to dominate. This role is designed for the high-performer who understands that elite results are only achieved through elite discipline.

Responsibilities
  • Master the Dubai real estate landscape (primary, secondary, and off-plan) with extreme urgency to become operational within days.
  • Prospect and build a personal client network through high-volume outreach, including 50 to 100 calls per day.
  • Leverage the firm's AI and tech ecosystem daily, including Bitrix24 CRM and portal analytics (Bayut, Property Finder).
  • Attend developer briefings, project launches, and high-level networking events to build a robust pipeline.
  • Work alongside senior advisors on complex dossiers to master high-level negotiation and deal structuring.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of professional representation for the firm at all times.
Requirements
  • Currently based in Dubai with a personal vehicle (non-negotiable).
  • Verified minimum of 6 months of personal savings to support a commission-only start.
  • Client-grade English: articulate, clear, and professional communication.
  • Bilingual: English plus at least one other language at native or professional fluency.
  • Elite professional presentation and demeanor.
  • A proven track record of results in a previous high-performance field (e.g., sports, business, or premium sales).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multilingual proficiency in 3 or 4 languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, or German).
  • Background in premium/luxury sales or high-end hospitality.
  • Background in high-performance sports, demonstrating pressure management and discipline.
  • An existing social or professional network within Dubai.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts or wealth management.
  • Active social media presence with an established personal brand.
Success Metrics
  • Achievement of 1.2M AED GCI for transition to autonomous leadership.
  • Consistency in daily prospecting volume (50-100 contacts).
  • Speed of integration into the firm's tech-stack and market intelligence systems.
