Senior Business Controller – Commercial / Category Focus

• Partner with Buying, Merchandising, and Product teams as a financial co-pilot on category performance.
• Monitor and analyze P&L by product category, tracking KPIs like sell-through, gross margin, and stock rotation.
• Build and drive budget and forecast cycles at the category level.
• Design and implement controlling tools, reports, and processes from scratch to improve data reliability.
• Deep-dive into raw data to produce actionable insights and challenge commercial decisions.

• 4-8+ years of experience in Business Controlling or Commercial Finance.
• Strong understanding of Retail KPIs & Business Drivers, preferably in Fashion or FMCG.
• Expertise in Financial Modeling & Data Analysis (Excel/BI tools).
• Proven ability to build financial processes from scratch.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge commercial decisions constructively.

• Experience in Fashion Retail, particularly with models similar to Mango or Inditex.
• Experience in international scaling or transformation projects.
• Exposure to category management.
