• Manage high-volume guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries with professional poise and warmth.
• Handle complex guest complaints and service recovery in real-time, ensuring every resolution reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to personalize guest experiences and anticipate needs before they arise.
• Provide expert concierge recommendations and booking services that align with ultra-luxury standards.
• Maintain 5-star service standards consistently during peak high-volume operations.

• Proven experience in premium customer service within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle real-time complaints effectively.
• Impeccable English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• Deep understanding of ultra-luxury concierge standards and etiquette.
• Must currently hold a valid UAE Work Permit and be based in Dubai.
• Immediate availability to begin work.

• Technical proficiency with luxury hotel software such as Opera or HotSOS.
• Fluency in additional languages including Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.

• Achievement of high guest satisfaction scores.
• Seamless management of peak-volume arrival and departure windows.
• Successful resolution of guest service recovery instances without escalation.
