Senior Retail Manager - Dubai (Optics)

As a Senior Retail Manager, you will take full ownership of a 10-store cluster, driving growth and operational brilliance for a brand that is revolutionizing the optics industry. • Directly oversee the daily operations of 10+ optical retail stores across the Dubai region.
• Drive aggressive sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly cluster targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 Store Managers and their respective staff, totaling over 50 team members.
• Analyze cluster P&L statements rigorously and implement strategic cost-saving and revenue-generating measures.
• Ensure all stores maintain the highest standards of customer service and strictly adhere to Eyewa's brand and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Head of Retail to align local store strategies with the company's regional growth objectives.

• Extensive experience and deep expertise within the optics industry.
• Proven track record in managing multi-unit retail networks and diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen with direct experience in P&L management and retail KPIs.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE retail market landscape.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on ownership and operational excellence.

• Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred to better serve our diverse local customer base.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

• Consistent achievement of sales and profitability targets for the Dubai cluster.
• Improvement in operational efficiency and cost-reduction across store locations.
