Senior Real Estate Advisor – Elite Boutique (UHNW & International Expansion)

About the Role

Preeminent Properties is not a volume agency; it is a precision instrument for the Dubai real estate market. We are recruiting a select group of elite 'Advisors' to operate within an ecosystem built for sovereign professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to scale alongside the firm, moving beyond lifestyle brokerage into high-level investment advisory with direct access to athletes and UHNW clients.

Responsibilities
  • Execute secondary market and off-plan transactions with total autonomy and zero lead dependency.
  • Activate and scale an independent network of personal investors and UHNW individuals.
  • Leverage the firm's proprietary AI and tech stack (Bitrix24, Bayut, Monitor, Genimap) to secure a structural competitive advantage.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline within the CRM to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive collaborative Agent-to-Agent (A-to-A) deals to maximize the firm's collective deal flow.
  • Represent the brand at an international advisory standard comparable to global prestige firms.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market with a verified track record of 1.2M+ AED GCI over the last 12 months.
  • Current Dubai residency with a personal vehicle and comprehensive territory knowledge.
  • Fluency in English with impeccable diction; additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, or Mandarin) are highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to originate and close deals independently without agency-provided leads.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the UHNW segment, specifically handling tickets exceeding 5M AED and complex acquisition structures.
  • Rigorous discipline in CRM management and pipeline structure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional background in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Operational experience in other Gulf markets such as Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, or Doha.
  • Established direct relationships with allocation managers at Tier-1 developers (e.g., Emaar, Sobha).
Success Metrics
  • Annual Gross Commission Income (GCI) target of 3M to 5M AED.
  • Consistent CRM data integrity and pipeline updates.
  • High conversion rate on UHNW and athlete-led referrals.
  • Active participation in internal deal-sharing and mentorship.
