Join our family as a Steward and play a vital role in upholding the 'Riviera Art de Vivre'. You will be responsible for maintaining a spotless kitchen and supporting our culinary team to ensure operational excellence and hygiene compliance in our Dubai location.

• Maintain impeccable kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times
• Support the culinary team to ensure a seamless service flow and team efficiency
• Ensure strict hygiene compliance for all kitchen surfaces, tools, and storage areas
• Adapt quickly to changing shift priorities and new tasks as directed by the kitchen leadership
• Perform physically demanding tasks with endurance throughout the duration of busy kitchen shifts

• Professional proficiency in the English language
• High level of physical stamina and endurance for long shifts
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding hygiene and sanitation standards

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Prior experience in professional cleaning or stewarding roles
• Proficiency in French or other European languages

• Consistent adherence to kitchen hygiene and safety audit standards
• Minimal disruptions to service flow due to organization or equipment availability
• Positive feedback from the culinary team regarding support and collaboration
