Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of broadcast and media systems integration? We're looking for a leader to take full ownership of complex projects, driving them to successful completion across the GCC and Middle East. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to make a significant difference in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to a growing operations team.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex broadcast and media systems integration projects, meticulously managing scope, timelines, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring clear and professional business communication in English throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate seamless internal coordination with engineering and operations teams, including those based at our HQ in Germany, navigating matrixed reporting structures and diverse time zones.
• Establish and uphold robust project governance, providing comprehensive reporting through weekly status calls, detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and advanced PowerPoint presentations, all conducted in English.
• Ensure thorough and accurate project documentation and tracking, utilizing tools such as MS Project to maintain project visibility and control.

• Native proficiency in Arabic.
• Currently residing and settled in Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum of 8 years of dedicated project management experience within the systems integration sector (IT, Media, or Broadcast).
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project for comprehensive project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• A pure project management professional focus, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven resilience and a strong ownership mentality, capable of driving projects independently with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, characterized by high clarity and professionalism.
• Prior experience in the Broadcast/Media industry, providing a valuable understanding of technical aspects from a project management perspective.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
• Advanced proficiency in creating impactful and clear presentations using PowerPoint.

• Successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery of complex systems integration projects.
• High client satisfaction ratings for project execution and communication.
• Effective management of internal and external stakeholder expectations.
• Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
