Registered Nurse

• Assume full responsibility for assigned patients' care from admission through discharge, meticulously executing their personalized Plan of Care.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, their families/caregivers, ordering physicians, and other vital care team members, as well as community resources, to ensure holistic patient support.
• Document all patient interactions, progress, and clinical notes accurately, completely, and in a timely, meaningful manner.
• Actively participate in case conferences with fellow clinicians, reviewing services, clinical documentation, and discussing pertinent patient care issues and goals to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to the on-call rotation as reasonably assigned, providing essential support when needed.

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, with acute or post-acute care preferred.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
