Senior Operation Manager Stainless Steel Fabrication and Installation

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to drive technical mastery and operational excellence across our fabrication and installation divisions. • Oversee daily fabrication and installation operations, ensuring seamless workshop-to-site coordination.
• Manage and optimize manpower, equipment, and material allocation to maximize performance.
• Coordinate with project and installation managers to monitor progress and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Enforce strict HSE, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all project sites.
• Manage operational budgets and costs while driving continuous improvement and workforce development.

• Approximately 7 years of experience in the stainless-steel fabrication and installation industry.
• At least 3 years in a managerial leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Valid U.A.E. driving licence.
• General understanding of industry standards, HSE, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and modern operational tools.

• Experience working within a multicultural environment.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced industry standards and complex quality control processes.

• Successful on-time delivery of fabrication and installation projects.
• Adherence to operational budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintenance of zero-incident safety records across all managed sites.
• Measurable improvements in workforce performance and skill levels.
