• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all Dubai-based roles, ensuring a seamless and high-quality process.
• Source and evaluate top-tier multilingual candidates using advanced techniques and headhunting strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and regional salary benchmarking.
• Optimize recruitment workflows to remove friction and enhance the candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to align budgets and ensure smooth onboarding integration.

• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Proven expertise in multilingual recruitment and advanced sourcing techniques via LinkedIn and direct headhunting.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai labor market and UAE employment regulations.
• Experience in designing structured interview processes and objective assessment frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Experience in high-growth tech startups or professional services.

• Quality and cultural alignment of hires in the Dubai tech and sales hubs.
• Reduction in time-to-hire through process optimization and friction removal.
