Senior SAP Migration Expert (APO, ECC, FI, S/4HANA)

We are seeking a Senior SAP Migration Expert to drive our journey from legacy APO and ECC systems to S/4HANA. In this role, you will be the architect of our migration success, enabling local entities to deliver high-quality data and robust business validation in an environment where your expertise is truly valued.

• Own and evolve the Data Transformation Management (DTM) methodology, including data cleansing strategies, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms
• Define and maintain comprehensive migration templates such as MAD, mapping rules, and task sequences
• Establish and manage NEO data quality reports to ensure integrity across all workstreams
• Arbitrate deviations from the standard methodology and manage the functional impacts of Deviation Requests
• Train, mentor, and animate the DME community to ensure consistency and excellence across all regions
• Act as the primary point of contact for defect analysis and support seamless data propagation

• Senior-level experience in SAP migration projects
• In-depth expertise in SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization)
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP FI modules
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transitions and data structures
• Demonstrated ability to lead methodology definition and data quality governance

• Experience in large-scale international digital transformation programs
• Expertise in data mapping and cleansing automation tools

• Successful delivery of migration timelines for local entities
• Consistency of DTM methodology application across all regions
• Accuracy and quality of data business validation results
