Commis - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

As a Commis at Le Café LPM, you are the engine behind our 'Riviera Art de Vivre.' This is a junior-level role with high impact, where your energy and attention to detail will define the guest experience during our November 2026 launch. You will assist with mise en place and ensure seamless delivery between the kitchen and the guest, all while maintaining a playful and sophisticated atmosphere.

• Deliver food and drinks between the kitchen, bar, and guests with accuracy and signature LPM flair.
• Maintain floor momentum by anticipating guest needs and communicating effectively with the service team.
• Interact naturally with guests through warm greetings, pouring water, and suggestive refills.
• Ensure all stations, trays, and surfaces remain spotless, adhering to our high brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with servers, bar staff, and the kitchen to eliminate service gaps during high-pressure shifts.

• Proficiency in English is essential for team and guest communication.
• High level of energy and a naturally positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset.
• Reliability and punctuality, especially during the crucial restaurant launch phase.

• Fluency in French is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
