Bartender - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

Lead the guest experience through refined drink craft and witty connection at the brand-new Le Café LPM in Al Khobar. We are seeking a junior bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in the art of mocktail and coffee service.

• Craft and serve exceptional mocktails and signature drinks for a diverse KSA clientele
• Deliver precision coffee and tea service that aligns with our product-focused philosophy
• Create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere through witty guest interaction
• Collaborate effectively within a tight-knit team of bartenders and barbacks to ensure seamless service
• Maintain impeccable bar standards and efficiency during high-volume opening shifts
• Ensure all service adheres to local KSA alcohol and beverage regulations

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume hospitality setting
• Demonstrated expertise in spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques
• Proficient barista and tea service skills
• Professional proficiency in the English language
• Strong knowledge of local beverage and service regulations

• Fluency in French
• Proficiency in additional European languages

• Guest satisfaction and positive feedback on beverage quality
• Speed and accuracy of service during peak hours
• Consistent adherence to Le Café LPM drink specifications
