In this role, you will have high autonomy to hunt for new opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and deliver bold solutions that help our clients break through the status quo.
- Identify and approach potential clients across the UAE to generate a steady stream of qualified leads for agency services.
- Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, securing meetings with key decision-makers and brand managers.
- Convert complex client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal creative, digital, and production teams.
- Prepare and deliver assertive proposals, credentials decks, and quotations that negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and production departments to ensure proposed solutions are both innovative and executable.
- 2-5 years of proven business development or sales experience within a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
- Extensive experience operating within the UAE market with a track record of successful lead generation and deal closure.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with an assertive and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into structured, strategic agency briefs.
- Experience selling comprehensive agency services, including creative campaigns, branding, social media, and digital marketing.
- An established network of client contacts within the UAE market.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for meticulous pipeline and lead management.
- A strong network in specific sectors such as F&B, hospitality, retail, real estate, or healthcare.
- Attainment of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conversion rate of qualified leads to signed contracts.
- Growth of the active client portfolio through new logo acquisition.
- Accuracy and clarity of briefs transitioned to internal teams.
