Business Controller / Business Partner Financier

We are seeking a rigorous professional to act as a strategic partner, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and financial integrity in a fast-paced international environment.

• Analyze and ensure documentary compliance for new orders in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
• Oversee the control and validation of sales dossiers to maintain high standards of financial rigor.
• Manage Export Control processes in strict accordance with group standards and international regulations.
• Drive the monitoring of aged stock by bridging the gap between Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Consolidate and update maritime freight rates to optimize logistics costs.
• Construct and manage a dedicated P&L for vehicle conversion activities to support strategic decision-making.

• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business controlling, preferably within the international logistics or automotive sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Incadea).
• Solid understanding of import/export processes and logistics operations.
• Strong awareness of Export Control compliance standards.
• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).

• Working knowledge of Dutch.

• Achievement of 100% compliance in documentary and sales dossier validation.
• Effective reduction of aged stock levels through proactive supply chain and sales coordination.
• Successful implementation and regular reporting of the vehicle conversion P&L.
