Senior AI Automation Engineer – Workflow & Orchestration

• Integrate AI into production operational workflows, including ticket management, onboarding processes, and support flows.
• Design and build robust event-driven systems and asynchronous, queue-based architectures to support large-scale AI automation.
• Develop reusable workflow components and comprehensive tool abstractions for Swyt's internal multi-agent orchestrator.
• Implement advanced observability and tracing solutions (e.g., Langfuse, Kibana) to effectively debug distributed LLM failures in production.
• Continuously improve the system reliability, reduce latency, and enhance the cost-efficiency of existing AI flows.

• Proven experience in Backend/System Engineering.
• Expertise in Workflow Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of API and Event-driven Architecture, including Webhooks, Queues, and Retry mechanisms.
• Experience with Asynchronous Processing & Idempotency.
• Hands-on experience with Production LLM Integration, focusing on prompt limits, hallucination handling, and robust fallbacks.
• Proficiency in Tool-calling & developing Multi-step reasoning workflows (Agents).

• Experience with Vector databases.
• Familiarity with Planetscale, Supabase, or Postgres.
• Knowledge of various Message queues.
