Key & Co Ltd is seeking a Principal Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead the design and optimization of our AI-era operating model. This pivotal role involves integrating AI-powered solutions, enhancing commercial strategies, and driving innovation to deliver sustainable value and competitive advantage for our clients.

• Design and implement a cutting-edge operating model specifically tailored for the AI era.
• Integrate and scale the rapid review concept, significantly enhanced by AI, across all relevant operations.
• Drive strategic innovation in how Key & Co Ltd leverages AI to deliver unparalleled value to its corporate, private equity, and public sector clients.
• Develop and refine commercial and revenue models to ensure sustainable economics for the AI-era operating model and new service offerings, including the rapid review concept.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI for operational and business model transformation.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing revenue and commercial strategies for new offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale efficient operating models in dynamic environments.
• A track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to build sustainable competitive advantage through strategic innovation.
• Consulting/Advisory Leadership experience in a firm like Key & Co Ltd, delivering value through strategy, innovation, and transformation across corporate, private equity, and public sectors.
