Receiving Clerk (Le Café LPM)

Join Le Café LPM as the guardian of quality and compliance. In this vital mid-level role, you will ensure every delivery meets our exacting standards, directly impacting our business health and food safety excellence in the heart of Dubai.

• Verify every delivery against purchase orders, checking for precise quantities, temperatures, and quality standards.
• Reject substandard goods immediately and communicate discrepancies to suppliers and internal teams without delay.
• Ensure all food items are handled, stored, and labelled in 100% compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety standards.
• Maintain a meticulously organized storage area (fridges, freezers, and dry stores) using FIFO principles.
• Record all deliveries, invoices, credit notes, and discrepancies accurately within our inventory and accounting systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing and Accounts departments to ensure seamless financial and inventory flow.

• 2-3 years of receiving or storekeeping experience within the hospitality or F&B sector.
• Strong technical understanding of delivery verification protocols and food safety handling.
• Proficiency in modern inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional fluency in English (verbal and written).

• Fluency in French.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
• Previous experience with high-end, fast-paced 'Art de Vivre' brand concepts.

• Zero non-compliance findings during Dubai Municipality inspections.
• 100% accuracy in invoice and credit note recording.
• Reduction in food waste through strict adherence to FIFO and quality rejection protocols.
