• Partner with the founder-led engineering team to align market needs with product evolution

• Extensive, career-long expertise within the global recruitment industry
• Proven track record of high-level sales success and market expansion
• Fluent or native English proficiency with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work with high autonomy and make independent strategic decisions

• Deep existing GCC market network with strong enterprise connections
• Arabic language proficiency
• Experience as an independent founder-level business developer
• A strong conviction in the power of AI to transform HR technology

• Successful penetration and account opening within major GCC enterprise sectors
• Scale of recruitment volume processed through the Aikho platform within the region
