HR Executive

As our HR Executive, you will transform raw operational needs into seamless employee experiences. You will support our ambitious growth by ensuring our venues are fully staffed, compliant, and energized, acting as a key cultural ambassador for our world-class lifestyle hospitality brand.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing talent to conducting orientations for new hires.
• Oversee the full UAE visa lifecycle, including applications, renewals, medicals, and Emirates ID processing.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labor Law and mandatory industry certifications, including OHC, BFH, and PIC.
• Maintain high-integrity HRIS records and employment contracts while supporting payroll inputs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and engagement initiatives across 27 diverse venues.
• Collaborate closely with Venue General Managers and Head Chefs to address real-time staffing and operational needs.

• Proven experience in HR within the UAE hospitality or F&B industry.
• Expert knowledge of UAE Labor Law and local visa processing procedures.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle pre-opening pressures and high-volume workloads.
• Excellent communication skills with a human-centric, authentic approach.

• Experience in recruitment sourcing for diverse hospitality roles.
• Demonstrated success in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Basic understanding of payroll administration and processing.

• Timely and accurate completion of visa applications and renewals.
• Reduction in time-to-hire for critical venue roles.
• High data integrity within HRIS and compliance documentation.
• Positive feedback from venue leadership regarding HR support and responsiveness.
