• Consistently deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with Cafe Wayfarer's 'Home Feeling' and 'Hospitality' values.
• Efficiently manage a section within a fast-paced environment, adeptly handling all-day breakfast, business lunch, and evening service.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our diverse menu, including main courses, specialty coffee, and bar offerings, to guide guest choices.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness, reflecting our 'Attention to Details' value in every aspect of service.
• Proactively take ownership of the guest experience and floor operations, resolving issues efficiently and independently.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with kitchen staff, bar team, and floor management for seamless service coordination.
• Facilitate comprehensive information transfer during shift changes and handoffs to maintain service continuity.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or cafe, preferably within a luxury or fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to Consistency and exceptional Attention to Detail in all service aspects.
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills in English, enabling engaging guest interactions.
• Proven ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment.

Tipping is allowed and expected to contribute significantly to total compensation.
