Chef de Partie - Le Café LPM

Step into the heartbeat of Le Café LPM. We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to own and run an assigned kitchen section with speed, precision, and consistency. • Execute daily mise en place, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned section to exacting standards.
• Manage and maintain your section independently, ensuring smooth flow and quality during high-pressure service periods.
• Mentor and support junior kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and brand standards at all times.
• Monitor portion control and minimize waste to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across the kitchen to support other sections and maintain a harmonious team environment.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar leadership role within a professional kitchen.
• Strong technical culinary skills and an unwavering attention to detail in preparation and plating.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen section independently under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of international hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and portion control standards.
• A team-oriented mindset with the willingness to jump in and support colleagues as needed.

• Specific experience in French or European cuisine techniques.
• Background working in fine dining or high-end upscale dining establishments.

• Consistency in dish quality and presentation within the assigned section.
• Maintaining 100% compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to meet service speed requirements without compromising precision.

Comprehensive package including a monthly salary of AED 6,400 and one round-trip flight per year to your home country.
