Receiving Clerk - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

As our Receiving Clerk, you will ensure all incoming goods meet strict quality and quantity standards while maintaining accurate documentation and food safety compliance. You will play a vital role in protecting our financial interests through precise inventory recording and discrepancy reporting, all while upholding the refined 'Riviera Art de Vivre' that defines Le Café LPM.

• Verify every delivery against purchase orders for quantity, temperature, and quality.
• Ensure all food items are handled, stored, and labeled in strict compliance with safety standards.
• Record all deliveries, invoices, credit notes, and discrepancies accurately in receiving logs and Microsoft Excel.
• Organize and maintain storage areas following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
• Communicate discrepancies and flag inventory issues immediately to the Purchasing Manager and accounts teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area that reflects our high-quality brand standards.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
• Proven experience in receiving or storekeeping within a hospitality or F&B environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety handling and temperature controls.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Demonstrated ability in supplier relationship management.

• Knowledge of French or other European languages.
• Previous experience in high-end or luxury hospitality settings.

• 100% accuracy in receiving logs and invoice reconciliation.
• Zero safety violations related to food storage and labeling.
• Effective reduction in waste through strict adherence to FIFO principles.
