• Manage reservations and guest flow with precision to ensure an optimal dining experience
• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor
• Handle all guest enquiries and walk-ins efficiently, acting as a brand ambassador
• Maintain the reception area to reflect the brand's high standards of presentation and elegance
• Coordinate effectively with the internal floor team to manage guest transitions and seating plans

• Warm, professional demeanor with exceptionally strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage reservations, seating plans, and guest lists efficiently
• Remains calm and composed under pressure, particularly during peak service periods
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Well-groomed and polished appearance that aligns with a refined luxury brand image

• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as SevenRooms or OpenTable
• Fluency in a European language (French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, German, Portuguese) or Arabic
• Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing role within premium hospitality

• Accuracy and efficiency of guest seating and reservation management
• Guest feedback regarding the arrival and welcome experience
• Adherence to brand grooming and reception area standards
