Starting in August 2026, you will manage the flow of our vibrant Dubai location with poise and wit, transforming simple arrivals into memorable experiences. • Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins effortlessly using a poised and organized approach
• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, optimizing seating to maintain a perfect room flow
• Maintain high guest list accuracy and build detailed guest profiles to personalize future visits
• Ensure the reception area remains immaculate and presentation is consistently poised
• Proactively support the floor team, including taking drink orders while seating guests to ensure a seamless transition
• Coordinate closely with front-of-house teams to uphold the energetic Riviera spirit

• A warm, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage seating plans and guest lists efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Remains calm, composed, and witty under pressure during peak service hours
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Well-groomed and polished appearance aligned with a high-end brand image

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing hospitality role
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as SevenRooms or OpenTable

• Waitlist management efficiency
• Accuracy and depth of guest profile data collection
• Positive guest feedback regarding arrival and departure experiences
