- Steer the strategic direction of portfolio companies within the consumer and food sectors, including dairy production and casual dining brands.
- Act as the primary governance body, bridging the gap between the holding group and portfolio companies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide directive guidance and mentorship to the CEO and executive teams, ensuring they remain focused on achieving key KPIs and performance targets.
- Conduct rigorous reviews of operational performance and financial progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Identify and integrate emerging industry trends and operational best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the Saudi market.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership or executive capacity within the consumer goods or food and beverage industry.
