Portfolio Digital Transformation & Value Creation

We are seeking a high-performance Senior Associate to lead digital and AI transformation initiatives within our portfolio. You will act as a strategic partner to our companies, ensuring they leverage cutting-edge technology to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth. This is a critical role designed to enhance investment value through expert due diligence and hands-on technological implementation.

• Design and execute comprehensive digital & AI transformation roadmaps, including audits and strategic plans for portfolio companies.
• Support investment operations by conducting rigorous digital due diligence and identifying technology-driven investment targets.
• Provide hands-on operational support to portfolio directors for IT diagnostics and the selection of core tools such as ERP, CRM, and BI solutions.
• Animate and expand expert communities, including Club IT & IA and Club DAF, while managing a network of external partners and startups.
• Industrialize and 'agentify' internal methodologies and tools to scale the Operating Team's impact across the group.

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in digital/AI consulting or operational management.
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools (Dust, Claude, ChatGPT) and expertise in prompt engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge of digital performance tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong mastery of project management methodologies, specifically Lean and Agile.
• Exceptional ability to produce clear, actionable strategic deliverables and business reviews for executive stakeholders.

• Specific industry experience in B2B, manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
• Previous experience launching a SaaS product or managing a digital P&L.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity diagnostic tools and best practices.

• Successful implementation of AI roadmaps across assigned portfolio companies.
• Measurable improvement in operational efficiency and valuation of transformed entities.
• Accuracy and depth of digital due diligence reports provided during investment cycles.
