Floor Manager - Le Café LPM - Al Khobar

Join the LPM family as a Floor Manager and become the heartbeat of Le Café Al Khobar. You will lead a dedicated floor team to deliver excellence in simplicity, ensuring every guest enjoys our refined Riviera twist on everyday favorites. This is a high-autonomy role where your leadership directly impacts our operational success and brand reputation.

• Lead and coordinate the floor team of 9 runners and bussers to ensure smooth, efficient shifts.
• Act as the primary owner of the guest experience, addressing feedback and resolving concerns with grace and wit.
• Conduct daily briefings and training sessions to motivate the team and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee all floor operations, including mise en place, table settings, and impeccable restaurant cleanliness.
• Facilitate real-time, synchronous communication between the floor, kitchen, and bar teams to optimize service flow.
• Make independent decisions to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• 1-2 years of front-of-house supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, brief, and motivate a service team.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence.
• The ability to maintain composure and fairness in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in French, Arabic, or other European languages.
• Prior experience in premium, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant environments.
• A deep appreciation for the Riviera-inspired culinary and lifestyle aesthetic.
