Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dynamic team of 25 sports coaches.
- Develop and expand the sports program offerings to meet market demands.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance coaching to the coaching staff.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Padel or a similar competitive sport environment.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
