Pastry - Head Chef

As the Head Pastry Chef at Le Café LPM, you will lead the charge in transforming raw ingredients into edible art. This is a senior-level opportunity to shape the full pastry and bakery identity of an iconic brand. • Lead and inspire a pastry team of 5, overseeing all daily operations and production schedules
• Develop and execute a world-class dessert and pastry menu in close collaboration with the Executive Chef and Pastry Consultant
• Ensure every creation meets our exacting standards for quality, aesthetic refinement, and brand consistency
• Manage the pastry section's financial health by overseeing food costs, portion control, and waste reduction strategies
• Maintain and enforce the highest standards of hygiene and food safety throughout the section
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, precision, and discipline

• 5–8 years of professional pastry experience in high-end environments
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or management role (Sous Chef or above) within fine dining or upscale hospitality
• Expert-level mastery of high-end pastry techniques and French-style patisserie
• Proven track record in managing food costs and operational efficiency
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Prior experience collaborating with external Pastry Consultants or working within a multi-brand luxury food group
• Experience in upscale café or patisserie retail environments

• Consistency in product quality and visual presentation
• Successful launch of seasonal and innovative menu items
• Effective management of food cost percentages and wastage targets
• Retention and skill development of the pastry team
