• Execute routine and urgent repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting disciplines with precision.
• Identify and resolve facility issues proactively to ensure zero disruption to the guest experience.
• Conduct regular safety, hygiene, and fire compliance checks in accordance with Dubai regulations.
• Maintain meticulous logs of all repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and external contractor visits.
• Uphold the brand's aesthetic standards, ensuring the physical space remains as fresh and sophisticated as our product.
• Manage relationships with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs while maintaining internal autonomy.

• 3-5 years of hands-on multi-trade maintenance experience.
• Proven proficiency in electrical maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai safety and maintenance compliance regulations.
• Professional proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy and decision-making.
• Strong ownership mindset and a 'speed with quality' work ethic.

• Previous maintenance experience within a premium F&B or hospitality environment.
• Background in high-end retail facility maintenance.
