Are you ready to shape the visual future of a global fashion leader? We are seeking a VP of Visual Merchandising to lead Gloria Jeans’ global visual identity and VM strategy across 600+ stores. This is a high-impact role focused on driving retail performance, fostering innovation in store design, and supporting our massive international expansion to become a global fashion-tech champion.
- Define and lead the global VM strategy across window displays, indoor presentation, and store layout to ensure a dominant brand presence.
- Govern retail space design standards and drive fixture innovation across multiple store formats, managing scales from 600 to 4,000 sqm.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary VM organization of 20+ professionals covering store design, styling, and international execution.
- Oversee global rollout excellence, ensuring absolute consistency between headquarters standards and international market execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Construction teams to align visual strategy with commercial objectives.
- Introduce cutting-edge visual standards and documentation to streamline global operations and maintain brand integrity.
- 12+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising with at least 4 years in a global or multi-market leadership role.
- Extensive experience managing large-format fashion retail environments (600–4,000 sqm).
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to link VM strategy to conversion rates and sell-through performance.
- Expertise in store design, CAD specifications, and the creation of comprehensive visual standards documentation.
- Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary creative teams of 20 or more people.
- Experience within best-in-class fast-fashion environments (e.g., Inditex group).
- Background in international expansion and scaling brands from global HQ to diverse international markets.
- Global brand consistency across all international store locations.
- Measurable improvement in retail conversion and sell-through linked to VM initiatives.
- Successful implementation of fixture innovations and design standards in large-format stores.
- Operational excellence in the global rollout of seasonal campaigns and store layouts.
