Technicien Télécom / TOIP Senior – Migration PABX vers Microsoft Teams

As a Senior TOIP Specialist, you will spearhead the technical audit and migration of traditional telephony systems to Microsoft Teams Phone. This is a high-impact role where your technical precision directly ensures operational continuity and empowers teams with modern communication capabilities.

• Conduct comprehensive technical audits of existing PABX/RTC infrastructure, including analog lines, SDA, SVI, and specialized equipment like faxes.
• Identify site-specific technical constraints and prepare the network environment for a successful Microsoft Teams Voice migration.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional liaison for agency managers and end-users throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Lead functional workshops to explain Microsoft Teams Telephony features and support teams through the change management process.
• Manage complex multi-site logistics, including travel for parallel site preparation and deployment.

• Extensive expertise in TOIP / VoIP protocols and architecture.
• Proven experience migrating legacy environments to Microsoft Teams Phone / Teams Voice.
• Deep knowledge of PABX / RTC / IPBX systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in telephony auditing (SDA, SVI, number portability, and analog line management).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Hands-on experience with Alcatel OXE systems.
• Familiarity with Mitel / Aastra infrastructure.
• Experience with Avaya telephony solutions.

• Zero downtime during the decommissioning of legacy PABX systems.
• 100% accuracy in technical site audits and environment readiness.
• High user adoption rates for Microsoft Teams Phone features post-migration.
• Timely delivery of multi-site migration milestones.

High degree of autonomy and direct impact on large-scale transformation projects.

This is a field-based role requiring travel to multiple client sites. While the primary objective is on-site technical execution and auditing, we support a hybrid working style for administrative and coordination tasks.
