Join DUSUD as our Executive Chef and lead the culinary soul of our new fire-led, elevated casual destination at Hilton Curio Dubai Hills. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity to shape a produce-driven menu and build a high-performance brigade where the philosophy of Ubuntu defines our success.

• Lead end-to-end culinary strategy for DUSUD across all-day dining, breakfast, in-room dining, and pool terrace outlets.
• Develop fire-led, produce-driven menu architecture aligned with our brand ethos of Elegance with Purpose.
• Drive operational excellence and consistency across high-volume, multi-format service environments.
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performance culinary brigade of 25 team members.
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial performance including GP control, wastage management, and menu engineering.
• Deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience across every culinary touchpoint through hands-on leadership.

• Extensive expertise in elevated casual or modern fine dining environments.
• Proven 5-star hotel operational experience with multi-outlet management.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume all-day dining and breakfast service delivery.
• Specialized expertise in fire-based cooking, grill rooms, and open kitchen formats.
• Previous pre-opening experience within high-growth regional environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with technical knowledge of GP control and menu scalability.

• Advanced technical knowledge of high-end steakhouse operations and meat quality.
• Experience or knowledge in African BBQ techniques such as Braai or Choma.

• Achievement of targeted commercial benchmarks and GP targets.
• Successful pre-opening launch and brand alignment with the DUSUD vision.
• High culinary team retention and engagement based on Ubuntu values.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences across all service formats.
