As the Office Manager & Executive Assistant, you will be the engine behind THA’s operational excellence during a high-growth transformation phase. You will support the CEO and senior leadership, manage day-to-day office operations, and maintain a centralized view of strategic PMO initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to blend administrative mastery with project governance in a fast-paced, luxury-oriented environment.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, and vendor management to ensure an elegant and efficient workspace
- Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management and travel coordination for the leadership team
- Manage legal document administration and maintain highly confidential records with professional discretion
- Maintain a centralized view of strategic initiatives and transformation projects for the PMO office
- Track project progress, deadlines, risks, and dependencies to ensure organizational alignment
- Prepare executive dashboards, analytical reports, and organizational updates for senior stakeholders
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and high-impact company-wide events
- Support process improvement initiatives and lead the documentation of operational workflows
- 4-6 years of experience in Office Management, Executive Support, or PMO Coordination
- Proven track record in legal document administration and handling sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reporting and executive-level documentation
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring real-time communication
- Experience in Transformation or Operations Consulting
- Knowledge of Process Optimization methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Proficiency with specialized project tracking and PMO software tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven reporting
- Seamless execution of executive calendars and office operations
- Timely and accurate delivery of PMO dashboards and progress reports
- High level of compliance and organization in legal document management
- Effective coordination of cross-functional project milestones
