Technician A - Lead

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Temporary Power and HVAC team, ensuring efficient task assignment and adherence to project timelines and quality standards for the Asian Games 2026.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, procedures, and standards across the team, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Oversee and actively participate in the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all temporary power equipment, including generators, battery storage, and LV distribution systems.
• Manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of temporary HVAC systems for large-scale event requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection, testing, commissioning, and operational documentation, providing clear and timely updates to the Venue Manager.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Venue Manager, project stakeholders, and clients to guarantee equipment availability, operational readiness, and prompt resolution of any issues.

• Demonstrated expertise in the installation, operation, and maintenance of temporary power systems, including generators, battery storage, and LV distribution equipment.
• Proven experience with the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of temporary HVAC systems, particularly for large-scale events.
• Strong capability in preventive maintenance and efficient troubleshooting under operational pressure.
• Extensive experience leading multi-national, multi-cultural teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive event environments.
• Solid project and operational management skills, including coordinating installations, handovers, and ensuring operational readiness throughout an event.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, industry standards, and risk assessment, with a strong commitment to embedding a safety-first culture.
• Exceptional client and stakeholder communication skills, adept at liaising with managers and clients to provide updates and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including inspection, testing, commissioning, and operational records.
• Significant experience in temporary power/HVAC roles at mega-events (e.g., Olympics, Olympics, FIFA World Cup).
• Technical proficiency in MS Office suite, highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
