Bar Manager

Ready to bring the Riviera to Al Khobar? We are looking for a Bar Manager to lead our beverage program from dawn till dusk. This is your chance to shape a high-volume, high-quality environment where 'less is more' is the golden rule, and every drink is served with a side of cheeky sophistication.

• Full ownership of the beverage program, including coffee, mocktails, and signature cocktails
• Shape and evolve the drink menu with precision, intention, and a product-focused philosophy
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of 8 bar professionals within a hierarchical structure
• Oversee the commercial performance, pricing strategy, and inventory management of the bar program
• Coordinate seamless operations between the bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure a unified guest experience
• Maintain high standards of integrity and care in all guest interactions and team collaborations

• Proven leadership experience within a high-standard bar program
• Extensive experience in high-volume, guest-facing hospitality environments
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential

• Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
• Experience in all-day dining or lifestyle restaurant concepts
• Strong understanding of the 'Riviera Art de Vivre' and premium hospitality trends

• Commercial growth and profitability of the beverage program
