Venue Manager - Operations, Power & HVAC

Flow Solutions is seeking a Lead Venue Manager to oversee all operational, technical, and logistical aspects of a critical event venue in Aichi Nagoya, Japan. • Lead end-to-end venue operations, managing planning, installation, commissioning, live operations, and de-rig to ensure safe, timely, and compliant delivery.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of temporary power and HVAC systems, guaranteeing reliability and uninterrupted service.
• Implement and enforce all QHSE requirements, risk assessments, and safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, cluster management, integrators, and suppliers, leading and motivating multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Monitor schedules, risks, KPIs, and budgets, producing accurate reports and managing variations to ensure financial and performance targets are met.

• 5+ years of experience in venue management or senior operations for major international events (e.g., Olympic Games, World Cup).
• Expert knowledge of temporary power generation, distribution, and HVAC systems in complex event environments.
• Proven leadership in QHSE compliance, including implementation of safety protocols (e.g., Permit to Work, LOTO).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, costs, and reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
