• Build and lead the core community of CTO/CIO members through recruitment and animation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with startups and scale-ups to drive revenue.
• Organize and host exclusive premium events and dinners for C-level members.
• Define strategic KPIs and lead the internal structuring (CRM, processes, reporting).

• 10+ years experience in IT ecosystem (CTO/CIO or Sales Director).
• Solid existing network of IT decision-makers in France.
• Entrepreneurial mindset & experience in co-founding/JV structures.
• C-level relationship management & business development skills.
• High-end event organization & premium service standards.

• Growth and engagement of the CTO/CIO member community.
• Successful development and revenue generation from strategic partnerships.
• Quality and attendance of exclusive events and dinners.
• Effective implementation and optimization of internal processes and reporting (CRM).
