Event Project Manager Dubai

• Plan and execute end-to-end delivery of live events, managing comprehensive timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including staffing, logistics, and creative departments to ensure alignment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing project scope and expectations.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage third-party suppliers, including venues, AV, and catering.
• Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown, troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure flawless delivery.

• Proven experience in Event Management and end-to-end Project Management.
• Strong track record in Vendor Management and negotiation.
• Excellent Client Management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Deep understanding of event logistics and operational excellence.
• Ability to remain resilient and composed under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.

• Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience working within an agency environment.
• Experience in staffing-intensive event environments.

• Seamless execution of live events with zero critical on-site failures.
• Adherence to project budgets and delivery timelines.
• High client satisfaction scores and successful scope management.
