Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – MEA & APAC
Master the Art of the Extraordinary. We are seeking a visionary Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to power Paris Society’s international expansion across the Middle East and Asia. In this pivotal role, you will go beyond traditional recruitment, acting as a curator of talent who ensures every leader we hire reflects our Parisian heritage and commitment to understated sophistication on a global stage.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior management and corporate roles across the MEA and APAC regions.
- Partner with regional Venue Directors and Executive Committees to define hiring needs tailored to local market nuances.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to headhunt top-tier talent in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Conduct deep-dive behavioral interviews and psychological analyses to ensure high value alignment with the brand.
- Drive regional employer branding initiatives to position Paris Society as the premier employer in Dubai and key Asian hubs.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and maintain ATS data integrity to ensure operational efficiency and a premium candidate experience.
- Extensive experience in regional recruitment across the Middle East and Asian markets.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management within emerging markets.
- Exceptional communication skills with a high degree of professional polish and elegance.
- Expertise in junior psychological analysis and behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and headhunting for senior-level luxury roles.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct cultural correlation and value alignment assessments.
- Fluency in Arabic or key Asian languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Direct experience supporting new venue launches within the MEA or APAC regions.
- An existing high-level network within the luxury hospitality circles of Dubai and major Asian hubs.
- Successful placement of senior leadership for 3+ planned venue launches within the next 18 months.
- High retention rates of international hires through precise value alignment.
- Reduction in time-to-hire for critical regional roles without compromising quality.
