• Lead and manage the Executive Operations teams under the executive office
• Handle calendar administration, meeting attendance, and documentation (Minutes of Meeting)
• Consolidate, categorize, allocate, and report on requests from various stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage relationships with high-level leadership stakeholders such as ADEO and other Abu Dhabi government entities
• Ensure efficient operations and strategic support for the executive leadership in the tourism and culture sector

• UAE National (Emirati) candidate status is a mandatory requirement
• Fluent bilingual communication (Arabic and English) at a professional level
• Strong management and leadership skills with proven experience leading teams
• Expertise in executive operations and high-level stakeholder management
