• Lead and scale the 'Engage & Grow' business unit to drive revenue through data-led marketing and CX optimization.
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies across the GCC, with a focus on UAE and KSA.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of growth, marketing, and sales professionals.
• Forge and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration and brand visibility.

• 10+ years in growth or marketing leadership roles, preferably in tech/innovation services.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue in the MENA/GCC market.
• Expertise in data-led growth strategies, performance marketing, and CRM.
• Strong network within the regional innovation and startup ecosystem.
