As a Junior Business Manager, you will act as the engine of our growth. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through active prospecting and client meetings.
- Negotiate and sell high-value IT consulting services and solutions to strategic accounts.
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to the final selection of expert consultants.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring their professional growth and project success.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction across all deliverables.
- Engineering degree (Diplôme d'ingénieur) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the IT sector, ideally gained through a significant internship or work-study program.
- Strong appetite for business development and sales negotiation.
