AI & Analytics - Software Engineer with AI Background

As an AI Software Engineer, you will design and implement AI-powered solutions, ranging from FastAPI-based web features to complex Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll collaborate with international teams to deliver high-impact automation tools for a prestigious global client base.

• Develop and maintain robust web application features using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and AI services using frameworks like LangChain.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, focusing on vectorization and semantic search capabilities.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product teams, and DevOps across five international offices to translate requirements into functional components.
• Support the end-to-end software development lifecycle within a matrixed team environment.

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
• Demonstrated experience working with LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Proven track record of API integration and version control using Git and GitHub.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud infrastructure (GCP).

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Knowledge of LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Hands-on experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
