Data Analytics - Junior Software Engineer with AI background - Cairo

As a Junior Software Engineer on our Data Analytics team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to automate complex tasks and deliver high-impact insights. You will have high autonomy to build, experiment, and deploy AI features while being supported by a distributed team of experts across Cairo and Casablanca.

• Develop and maintain robust web application features using Python (FastAPI) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and design AI services using frameworks like LangChain.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, focusing on vectorization and semantic search.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product teams, and DevOps engineers across 5 international offices to translate complex requirements into functional code.

• Proficiency in Python and the FastAPI framework.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of API integration and development.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Solid version control skills using Git and GitHub.

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LangGraph.
• Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and GitHub Actions.
• Skills in prompt engineering and working with vector databases.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Successful deployment of scalable RAG pipelines.
• Seamless integration of AI features into client-facing web applications.
• High level of technical excellence and code quality in Python/FastAPI modules.
