• Structure and stabilize complex B2B service operations within highly constrained environments, ensuring robust foundational frameworks.
• Drive profitability and sustainable growth through the implementation of operational excellence strategies and performance optimization.
• Manage the simultaneous demands of rigorous governance and high-performance delivery, ensuring compliance and superior service outcomes.
• Lead business-building initiatives to strategically expand integrated facility management services and market presence.
• Oversee large-scale operations across multiple sites, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery.
• Engage effectively with shareholders, providing transparent reporting and strategic insights on business performance and growth initiatives.

• Proven experience in large-scale operations management within B2B services.
• Extensive multi-site management experience, demonstrating ability to oversee diverse geographical locations.
• Deep expertise in full facilities management, encompassing Technical, Support, and Soft services.
• Significant professional experience in Africa and the Middle East, with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and regulations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in vendor negotiation and complex contract management.
• Direct P&L ownership and management experience exceeding $20M+ USD.
• Track record of effective shareholder engagement and communication.
