As a Junior Consultant, you will support our Consulting & Transformation practice in delivering high-stakes projects for prestigious luxury clients. You will be responsible for conducting deep-market research, performing rigorous data analysis, and crafting sophisticated presentations that drive executive decision-making. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to work within a diverse, international team dedicated to redefining luxury CX.
- Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitor research to identify strategic opportunities for luxury brands.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sets to extract actionable insights and business intelligence.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution of consulting engagements.
- Develop high-quality client deliverables, ranging from strategic reports to executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Contribute to practice development by assisting in business development efforts and thought leadership creation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience experts to deliver holistic solutions.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional growth initiatives to expand consulting expertise.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience working within the luxury, retail, or premium consumer goods sectors.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools for enhanced research and content generation.
- Fluency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Delivery of high-quality, client-ready presentations and strategic reports.
- Successful coordination of project milestones within the Consulting & Transformation practice.
- Proactive contribution to internal knowledge sharing and practice development.
