Senior Barista - Le Café LPM

Join Le Café LPM as the guardian of our core product. You will own the coffee experience, ensuring every guest receives a brew delivered with intention, care, and that signature LPM flair. • Deliver consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks and various specialized brew methods.
• Manage peak service volumes with exceptional efficiency, speed, and composure.
• Maintain coffee station cleanliness, stock levels, and strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Engage with guests to share coffee passion, knowledge of origins, and the story behind their cup.
• Collaborate in real-time with bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the 'Riviera Art de Vivre' in every interaction.

• 2-3 years of professional barista experience in a high-standard hospitality environment.
• Technical mastery of espresso-based drinks and manual brewing methods.
• Strong foundational knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiles.
• Fluency in the English language with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sync-heavy team environment.

• Multilingual capabilities are highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a luxury or premium casual dining setting.

• Consistency and quality of coffee output measured by guest feedback.
